SPECIFIC DETAILS REGARDING 2017 CHILDREN’S CONFERENCE COMING SOON

EFC-MAYM Children’s Ministry Conference

Children’s Conference. All Children’s Conference sessions (ages 0-6th grade) will be held at Haviland Friends Church. Child registrations include scheduled meals. Children may arrive fifteen minutes before each scheduled Ministry Conference session and should be picked up promptly after each session for meals with their family. Children’s Conference sessions will last from Thursday evening to Sunday morning except for meals. Families with registered children will be sent further details no later than a week prior to the conference.

Drop off and Pick up Schedule:

Thursday, July 20th

1:45—5:00 

6:45—Until 15 minutes after session ends

Friday, July 21st

8:45—Noon

Saturday, July 22nd

8:45—Noon

6:15—Until 15 minutes after session ends

***Sunday morning Children’s Conference is intended for age 0-2nd grade only. Children 3rd-6th grade and up are encouraged to attend the Community Worship Celebration service with their families.

Reminders:

  • Make sure to pick up your child at the end of each session, within 15 minutes of your session ending.
  • A registration table will be set up at Haviland Friends for you to check your children in and out.  The specific times available for childcare will also be there. (If you plan on letting your child check in and out themselves, please let us know.  Children will not be allowed to leave alone without parent’s permission. Also, parents please plan to pick up children after the late night sessions for safety.)
  • Please have your child wear tennis shoes or closed toed shoes to guard against toe injury during game times.
